Debit @WorldUSD and credit the customer's USD balance for 100.00 USD. The transaction stays inflight, so the settled balance does not move yet. @World can go negative because it has no starting funds.

Commit <transaction_id> when the deposit should settle. Blnk applies the hold and writes an APPLIED child. The settled balance increases by the deposit.
